If you’re not totally satisfied with your order we will refund or exchange your purchase.
We apologise for this but we cannot refund personalised / custom orders, or pick and mix sweet bags/cones and the delivery costs that we have incurred on any order in the event of a request for refund.
You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in good condition at your own cost.
We do advise to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 5 days of us receiving the goods.
