How do I order?

Simply browse through and click on the type of product(s) you want. You will then see the available sizes and colours. Choose a style and colour to configure and price the product, then hit the “Add to Basket” button. Your choice will then be added to the shopping basket. You can always empty the basket if you change your mind by clicking on the basket icon at the top of the screen and then pressing the remove button next to the product you wish to remove. Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

How do I make a payment using PayPal?

Add a product to your basket as normal and you'll be able to select PayPal from the payment options. You will be directed to log in to your PayPal account, where you will be able to see your order details and confirm payment. Once you have completed this, you will be returned to to view our confirmation order page.

We'll send you an email with the details of your order, and you should also receive two emails from PayPal firstly to notify you that an payment has been authorised to us, and then to let you know payment has been sent to us once we have dispatched the order. As with all online orders, we will only take payment of your order when we have sent it out to you.

Delivery charges

United Kingdom:

Standard delivery:

We offer free standard 5-7 working days tracked delivery on orders over £60 and £4.95 for orders below £60.

Express delivery:

We offer express delivery of 3-4 working days for £5.95. 

Next working day delivery:

£6.95 for next working day delivery for orders made before 11:00 am (Note: Order placed on Friday before 11:00 am will arrive Monday / Weekend orders will arrive Tuesday).

During bank holidays and peak seasons such as around Christmas please do allow an extra working day for delivery.

Saturday delivery:

£12.00 for orders made before Friday 11:00 am (excluding bank holidays). 

We do send our little things all over the world!!

European Countries (EU, Norway and Switzerland)

As of 31st December 2020, The Little Things will be temporarily suspending deliveries to Europe until our services have been adapted to meet the new requirements.

Middle East Countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE)

Orders above £100 equivalent the charge is £9.95 and for orders below £100 the charge is £19.95. It generally takes between 5 - 8 days.

Any Applicable duties are payable by the customer.

United States of America

Orders above £100 equivalent the charge is £6.95 and for orders below £100 the charge is £17.95. It generally takes between 5 - 7 days

Any Applicable duties are payable by the customer.

Rest of the World

Delivery charge is a standard £20 and takes between 5-8 days.

Note: We will not be able to deliver to certain countries that are within conflict zones, trade restricted countries, and/or where the delivery time and cost are prohibitively expensive.

Missed delivery: what happens next?

If our courier attempts to deliver when you're not at home, they will leave a card to let you know and provide more information on your options. In many cases they will be able to leave your parcel with a neighbour, or they may try to deliver the following day. All this information will be left on the card they leave, so just follow the directions.

Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?

You can't change your delivery address once you've placed an order. This is a necessary security measure to protect genuine customers from the potential of address fraud and redirection of goods to unauthorised addresses after being purchased.

Can I change, add or remove items once I've placed my order?

Unless you want to cancel, it isn't possible to alter an order after it's been placed. However, you can always place a further order, or contact us to cancel the existing order (providing it hasn't been dispatched yet) and place a new one.

We only take payment for your order once it has been dispatched, so if you cancel your order before this point no money will have been taken from your card or account.

What is the returns and refunds policy?

If you’re not totally satisfied with your order we will refund or exchange your purchase.



We apologise for this but we cannot refund personalised / custom orders or refund the delivery costs that we have incurred on any order in the event of a request for refund.

You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in good condition at your own cost.  

We do advise to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 5 days of us receiving the goods.

Can I return an order?

Most items from The Little Things are returnable except for made to measure or bespoke products (subject to returns policy). The Little Things gift cards are non-returnable.
