How do I order?
Simply browse through and click on the type of product(s) you want. You will then see the available sizes and colours. Choose a style and colour to configure and price the product, then hit the “Add to Basket” button. Your choice will then be added to the shopping basket. You can always empty the basket if you change your mind by clicking on the basket icon at the top of the screen and then pressing the remove button next to the product you wish to remove. Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
How do I make a payment using PayPal?
Add a product to your basket as normal and you'll be able to select PayPal from the payment options. You will be directed to log in to your PayPal account, where you will be able to see your order details and confirm payment. Once you have completed this, you will be returned to thelittlethings.co.uk to view our confirmation order page.
We'll send you an email with the details of your order, and you should also receive two emails from PayPal firstly to notify you that an payment has been authorised to us, and then to let you know payment has been sent to us once we have dispatched the order. As with all online orders, we will only take payment of your order when we have sent it out to you.
We offer free standard 48 hour tracked delivery on orders over £60.
For orders below £60, we offer 2 delivery options from Royal Mail:
Standard - £3.95 for 48 hour tracked delivery
Express - £5.95 for 24 hour tracked delivery
Missed delivery: what happens next?
If our courier attempts to deliver when you're not at home, they will leave a card to let you know and provide more information on your options. In many cases they will be able to leave your parcel with a neighbour, or they may try to deliver the following day. All this information will be left on the card they leave, so just follow the directions.
Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?
You can't change your delivery address once you've placed an order. This is a necessary security measure to protect genuine customers from the potential of address fraud and redirection of goods to unauthorised addresses after being purchased.
Can I change, add or remove items once I've placed my order?
Unless you want to cancel, it isn't possible to alter an order after it's been placed. However, you can always place a further order, or contact us to cancel the existing order (providing it hasn't been dispatched yet) and place a new one.
We only take payment for your order once it has been dispatched, so if you cancel your order before this point no money will have been taken from your card or account.
What is the returns and refunds policy?
It can be difficult to know the exact number of guests you will have right until the last minute. That’s why we’re very happy to offer a full refund for any items that have been over-ordered. Or if you’re not totally satisfied then we will happily refund or exchange your purchase. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. Unless you notify us within seven working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in a good condition at your own cost.
To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.

Can I return an order?
Most items from The Little Things are returnable except for made to measure or bespoke products (subject to returns policy). The Little Things gift cards are non-returnable.
