Standard delivery – £3.95 ( 48hr Royal Mail Tracked)
Our standard delivery charge for mainland England, Scotland and Wales is £3.95. For delivery outside this area, please contact us for a quote – we are very happy to send our little things all over the world but we need to quote for each International order on a bespoke basis!
All packages (no matter the size!) are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Trace service – with an aim to deliver within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days although orders placed before 2pm are often dispatched the same day so you could receive it much sooner.
Express – £5.95 (24hr Royal Mail Tracked)
Need your party bags in a hurry? We can send your order so that you should receive it within 24hrs – there is a £5.95 cost for this service. Bear in mind that if you order the goods on a Friday with our 24hr Tracked service you may not receive them until the Monday.Personalised items require 48 hours before dispatch.
Both the 48hr and our Express 24hr service have a Tacking facility. Just provide your email to us on ordering in the box provided and the tracking numbers are emailed over to you on shipment. You can then track your delivery via the Royal Mail web site.
We care that you receive your parcels in time for the party – we do everything we can to make sure your orders are dispatched as soon as possible and we are constantly reviewing the couriers that we use. All delivery dates that we give are only for your guidance. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered late.
All orders placed before 2pm should be despatched the same day – that is our aim and we generally manage to do it even during our busiest periods. We take great pride in our customer service and are always looking to improve it, where necessary, whenever possible.
It can be difficult to know the exact number of guests you will have right until the last minute. That’s why we’re very happy to offer a full refund for any items that have been over-ordered. Or if you’re not totally satisfied then we will happily refund or exchange your purchase. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification ( so please make sure of the spelling of any names before ordering!)
You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. Unless you notify us within seven working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in a good condition at your own cost.
To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
