The Little Things Annual Leave:

From the 4th July 2008 untill the 21st July 2008 The Little Things will be on their annual leave, all orders placed before the 1st July will be despatched before we close unless otherwise arranged. All orders placed after 1st July will be processed and treated as priority on our return.

Orders can still be placed after the cutoff date and will be allocated a priority slot, this slot will allow your order to be processed by our team in time for your event.

Orders placed after the 1st July depending on the size and requirement might be dispatched before our annual leave, we will inform you if this is the case when you place the order.

Ordering Questions

  Q. I like a design I see within the site can it be reproduced for all my stationery?

A.Yes! When our team creates a design for the site they make sure that all aspects of the design can be recreated in all the stationery we sell on the site.

  Q. I would like to change the colours of a design I like on the site, can this be done?

A. Yes!, The die cut designs on the site for example "Beach" can be recreated in any colour we have in our vast card stock, ribbon/flower designs can be changed without a problem, we have many shades you can choose from to complete your order, embellished designs for example "Dazel" are created with crystals they can be changed as long as our supplier has them in stock, if you are in doubt please give us a call and we can check for you, before you place the order.

  Q. I want to buy decorated place cards and have my guests names on them how do I do this?

A. In the decorated place card section you will see many designs we have avalable to buy, all our place cards are sold in packs of 10, so the price you see on the screen is the price for 10 decorated place cards, if you require them personalised too all you have to do is select the "Personalsied" box and the site will calculate the price accoring to the amount of packs of cards you need.

  Q. I do not see anywhere to type my names etc for the personalisation of my order?

A. Sending us the information could not be simpler, at the end of the process there is a comment box that allows you to type in your information we may require to complete the order, the comment box is fine for a limited amount of details but if you have purchased say place cards and need your guests names on them we recomend you follow the order up with an e-mail and attach or write the information we will need. We have found this is the best method for sending information as we can them both have a record of what your requirements are.

  Q. I require less than the pack sold on the site can I splt my order?

A. Yes!, If you give us a call and let us know what you require and how many we will calculate the price for you, you can not order online only over the phone this way.

  Q. Personalising my order, what does this mean?

A. When you select the"Personalise Option"on many of the items within this site it means you can have you guests names, event details or your chosen wording professionaly printed onto the item, you can choose the font, and even the font colour.

  Q. I am intrested in buying a Table Plan, how do you ship the item to me?

A. All our table plan are now shipped via courier, this allows us to track the order and give you the fastest service, the table plans are decorated in your chosen style and are packed in their own die cut box to assure they arrive in perfect condition. If you order other stationary as well as a table plan this will also be shipped in the same box to avoid damage.

  Q. We want our company logo printed on one of your place cards, can this be done?

A. Yes we can do this for you, all we require is for you to send us the logo in gif or jpeg format and we will do the rest.

Font Information:

On the site we have examples of fonts that can be used in your order for your personalisation requirements, we are however unable to show the full character map on the fonts, some of the fonts we use are very diffrent and some of the chrachters will differ from the others, we strongly suggest if you are unsure with regards to your font choice.

We can also send you a full charachter map via e-mail, post or there is many sites avalable on the internet that will allow you to type in text to view what the letters/numbers look like in this font, this should help you on your way to deciding what is best for your event.

Ordering using our Online Shop

We have tried to make your online ordering experience as easy as possible, however if you incur any problems please contact us and we will be happy to help.

When you have chosen your favourite invitations and accessories, just select the product and quantity required, click "Add to basket" and follow the on-screen instructions for your personal details, wording styles, typeface and ink colours. Once you have completed adding the items you require to your shopping basket, proceed to Check Out.

Payment options:
Here you have the option to choose 'Payment On-line' or 'Payment by Telephone'

1. On-Line payment- following selection of this option you will be transferred to Protx Secure on-line Banking for you to enter payment details.
2. By Telephone payment- If you select 'Payment by Telephone', just confirm your order after selecting this option. Then contact one of our  Customer Service team on our  the daytime telephone number that we have provided, to confirm order details and arrange payment, this will be completed via our Streamline Payment Terminal.
3. Cheque, we accept cheque payments, please select this method and send it to the following: The Little Things, 18 Blake Street, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 4PW, please make all cheques payable to The Little Things, orders will be despatched once the payment has cleared with our bank, so please allow this in your ordering time,  thank you.
4. Paypal, this is one of the best known internet payment methods, just enter you card details via the integrated PayPal site.

Safety

While every effort is taken to make sure your items do not break or fall off  we must  make it clear that many of the items on this site can cause choking and breathing hazards in small children, we must them recommend you do not let children under the age of 3 play with them for safety reasons.

Pricing/Terms

Little Things Designs reserves the right to change the price/terms on their web site at any time.
Price quotes given via e-mail, phone or letter are valid only for 30 days from receipt.
