Q. I like a design I see within the site can it be reproduced for all my stationery?
A.Yes! When our team creates a design for the site they make sure that all aspects of the design can be recreated in all the stationery we sell on the site.
Q. I would like to change the colours of a design I like on the site, can this be done?
A. Yes!, The die cut designs on the site for example "Beach" can be recreated in any colour we have in our vast card stock, ribbon/flower designs can be changed without a problem, we have many shades you can choose from to complete your order, embellished designs for example "Dazel" are created with crystals they can be changed as long as our supplier has them in stock, if you are in doubt please give us a call and we can check for you, before you place the order.
Q. Personalising my order, what does this mean?
A. When you select the"Personalise Option"on many of the items within this site it means you can have you guests names, event details or your chosen wording professionaly printed onto the item, you can choose the font, and even the font colour.
Q. I want to buy decorated place cards and have my guests names on them how do I do this?
A. In the decorated place card section you will see many designs we have avalable to buy, all our place cards are sold in packs of 10, so the price you see on the screen is the price for 10 decorated place cards, if you require them personalised too all you have to do is select the "Personalsied" box and the site will calculate the price accoring to the amount of packs of cards you need.
Q. I do not see anywhere to type my names etc for the personalisation of my order?
A. Sending us the information could not be simpler, at the end of the process there is a comment box that allows you to type in your information we may require to complete the order, the comment box is fine for a limited amount of details but if you have purchased say place cards and need your guests names on them we recomend you follow this process
After you have placed your order online and recieved your confirmation e-mail:
1) Type your wording as you would like it to appear, line-by-line in a word, excell or plain text document.
2) Please donít use bullets or tabs to lay out the lists.
3) Faxed and posted documents will incur typing costs.
4) If you amend your own words it may incur extra costs.
We have found this is the best method for sending and receiving information as we can them both have a record and refrence of what your requirements are.
Q. I require less than the pack sold on the site can I splt my order?
A. Yes!, If you give us a call and let us know what you require and how many we will calculate the price for you, you can not order online only over the phone this way.
Q. I am intrested in buying a Table Plan, how do you ship the item to me?
A. All our table plan are now shipped via courier, this allows us to track the order and give you the fastest service, the table plans are decorated in your chosen style and are packed in their own die cut box to assure they arrive in perfect condition. If you order other stationary as well as a table plan this will also be shipped in the same box to avoid damage.
Q. We want our company logo printed on one of your place cards, can this be done?
A. Yes we can do this for you, all we require is for you to send us the logo in gif or jpeg format and we will do the rest.
